Overview

Two products I designed at CoStrategix: a hiring marketplace and a data reliability platform. Both were UI-led projects, so the case study is mostly screens and the decisions behind them.

What's inside

Two products, and one question each

  1. A hiring marketplace

A marketplace for licensed professionals and the firms that hire them, built on verified credentials rather than self-reported profiles. The question: how do you get two sides who don't trust each other to take the first risk? I led UX and visual design from discovery through MVP.

  2. A data reliability platform

An enterprise platform that watches data pipelines for the failures nobody notices until a dashboard is wrong. The question: how do you show broken data to people who can't read the SQL that checks it? I was the product designer, working on plain-language rules, anomaly detection and a lineage view.
